Day 312 of Year 6 Low SOS-Vegan Plan (Day 332 COVID-19 Lockdown)

EXERCISE:
* Standing desk all day
* African dance workout (×2) from Nairobi this time, on mini-trampoline (I really love this stuff!)

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* banana
* rolled oats, ground flaxseed, blueberries, almond, cinnamon, homemade almond milk
* baked steak cut (previously frozen) low fat XL-fries
* drive-thru XL- beyond meat burger (no cheese, no mayo)
* gorilla salad w/ bbq dressing (sensible bbq sauce w/ rice vinegar)… I did the “fork-dip in the dressing jar” trick w/ each bite 😊
* XL-pistachios
