59,855 Patient Retrospective Cohort Investigation at Mayo Clinic: Vaccination Does Not Reduce Long COVID

Sept 3, 2024

By Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH

The US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) claims HERE that COVID-19 vaccination reduces the risk of long-COVID syndrome despite the absence of large-scale randomized, placebo-controlled trials or valid observational studies.

Mechanistically, it is impossible for the vaccines to lessen long-COVID because they load the body with progressively greater amounts of the pathogenic Spike protein—the cause of the syndrome.

Instant Hummus

Ingredients

Garbanzo flour, crushed roasted white sesame, lemon powder (maltodextrin, lemon juice, lemon oil – tiny amount), garlic powder, cumin, sea salt

Shelf stable, nutritious, and delicious

Kids love it; helps to get their vegetables in!

1 bag equal to (4) Four 10 oz. prepared Hummus’ with no waste

Just add water

[DO not add extra virgin olive OIL, who needs it! I might add a bit of smashed garbanzo beans and/or avocado.]

Make as little or as much as you want: convenient, easy to make, easy to use, and easy to eat.

Doesn’t spoil!

But okay, it is a bit high in sodium. The best recipe for oilfree hummus is using garbanzo beans as a base & whipping it up with some sort of handheld “stick blender”.

3 Cancer-Fighting Foods the Corrupt Medical System Will Never Promote

https://vigilantfox.news/p/3-surprising-cancer-fighting-foods?r=o554c&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web

1. Black Raspberries

Black raspberries contain ellagic acid, a natural substance that has been shown to prompt cancer cells to “commit suicide.”

This powerful cancer-fighting food is packed with anthocyanins and antioxidants, which are compounds that can neutralize harmful free radicals in the body.

They also have a very high ORAC score, meaning they are exceptionally good at absorbing oxygen radicals. “This is real medicine,” cancer nutrition specialist Dr. Patrick Quillin attests.

2. Figs

Figs contain a powerful enzyme called ficin, which is one of the more essential phytochemicals present in this fruit.

Ficin triggers apoptosis in cancer cells, eliminating them through programmed cell death.

3. Peaches

A Harvard study showed that eating peaches just twice a week could lower the risk of breast cancer by a staggering 40%.

“If that was a drug, it would have been headlines in USA Today, CNN, everywhere. And the drug company’s stock would have doubled,” says Dr. Patrick Quillin.

Conversion Chart: U.S. to Metric in the Kitchen

In most nations their recipes are measured in the Metric System. The USA is one of the only countries that uses the Imperial System. We are officially on metric now, my trigonometry professor was so excited when he announced this news to us. He warned that our citizens might be slow to adapt. Boy was he right! He told us this in 1973.

Here is an article about translating between Metric & Imperial. Maybe one day we will adapt… or not! 🙂
