Here is something interesting I read online:
So, why isn’t there a huge fuss being made that deer infected with COVID have been detected in multiple, geographically spread out states? Some serosurveys have demonstrated an infection in over one third.
Also, stored sera from deer obtained prior to the pandemic all test negative, and in one case, positive serologies were retested using a different method and these were also positive.

–How did they get infected and why so widespread? From human aerosols? Fomites? All this took place nationwide??
Sure, maybe a case or two of transmission from humans, possibly in petting zoos, but in all these states, from Texas to Massachusetts and all over the Midwest??
Was there a deliberate release of aerosols in the wilds? Is there an insect vector that was released? Why has this made the news but there has not been any response or even comment from the gvt? Is the source being investigated?
