These are RAW vegans. I’m listening, really I am! I believe the more raw foods we add to our plates, the better! Shaking my head “YES, YES, YES” when they mentioned how after a certain age we tend to wake up with swollen faces because of the way we ate the day before. I’ve seen that and experienced that.
