LOW FAT VS LOW CARB RESEARCH

  • Eating a low fat diet can reduce your risk of early death & illness up to 34 percent
  • Meanwhile, a diet low in carbs (like keto diets) can raise mortality risk by around 38 percent

Comment: When we say “carbs” we should specify processed (bad) carbs as the culprit – think white flour (white bread, white pizza dough, white pasta, white pastries, white rice, sweet desserts, many breakfast cereals, table sugar, etc). However, consuming UNPROCESSED (good) CARBS is essential to our health. (Think brown rice, barley, quinoa, bran cereal, oatmeal, whole wheat or multigrain bread, all varieties of veggies, fruit, legumes – kidney beans, baked beans, peas, lentils.)

Put on some MUSCLE: Is exclusively doing weights the best way to lose weight?

“As we get into our 50s, 60s, 70s, we actually need more protein and need more strengthening exercise because that protein, lean muscle mass, is actually what helps us prevent premature aging,” said Dr. Shad.

[…]

With age, our decline in muscle mass leads to falls and is linked to dementia.

[…]

Dr. Shad reminds anyone looking to manage weight with weightlifting that you can’t outwork a bad diet.

And here is a different fellow from Oklahoma, Barney Heston:

Oral dewormer for pets, Fenbendazole (Hoechst brand names Panacur and Safe-Guard, Intervet Panacur and Panacur Rabbit) is a broad spectrum benzimidazole anthelmintic used against gastrointestinal parasites including roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, the taenia species of tapeworms, pinworms, aelurostrongylus, paragonimiasis, strongyles and strongyloides and can be administered to sheep, cattle, horses, fish, dogs, cats, rabbits and seals.

The first man’s name is Joe Tippens.

Joe Tippens Protocol Dosages:

UPDATES FOUND AT THIS LINK: https://mycancerstory.rocks/the-protocol/

Fenbendazole (dewormer): 222 mg per day seven days a week with food.

Curcumin: 600 mg of bio-available curcumin 7 days a week.

CBD oil: 25 mg sublingually (under the tongue) seven days a week.

Vitamin E (optional, may effect blood thinners): 400-800mg per day, seven days a week.

After only three months on the dog dewormer regimen, Tippens had a PET scan. The oncologist was shocked and elated to report that the scan was “all clear.” Since then, every scan he has had has been clear of any cancer

NEUROSCIENTIST: Nose Breathing, Sleep, Health, Facial Structure

Neuroscientist Andrew Huberman explains the wild effects of nasal breathing as compared to mouth breathing. There is an immense amount of research now showing how facial structure and sleep quality is positively affected by simply breathing through your mouth as opposed to breathing from your mouth.

In addition to simply nose breathing, doing things like taping your mouth during sleep and eating foods that challenge your jaw muscles, will also help to provide a better looking jaw and face shape. A majority of the people in first world countries nowadays don’t have straight teeth and have underdeveloped jaws. This is thought to be a result of lack of nasal breathing, lack of real foods to work our jaws, and increased poor nutrition in people’s diets.

Andrew Huberman is an American neuroscientist and associate professor in the Department of Neurobiology at the Stanford University School of Medicine who has made many contributions to the brain development, brain plasticity, and neural regeneration and repair fields.

Why we should all be gazing at more sunsets

“We have, as Western populations, become very disconnected from the natural world,” said Smalley, a doctoral candidate at the University of Exeter in England. “When you see something vast and overwhelming or something that produces this feeling of awe, your own problems can feel diminished and so you don’t worry so much about them.”
