Vegan??? WFPB??? Vegetarian???

I’m all into this STARCH-BASED DIET thing… a true carboholic. I might refer to the starches as unprocessed carbs, but the idea is the same…

  • potatoes instead of chips
  • veggies instead of veggie OIL
  • corn instead of corn sweetener
  • fruit instead of fruit juice
  • boiled grains instead of flours
  • boiled beans instead of refried
