* oatmeal w/ blueberries, banana, almond milk
* chopped salad (escarole, endive, radicchio, green & red cabbage, broccoli, carrots, kale, snap peas) w/ sliced strawberries, raspberries, nutritional yeast & homemade dressing (A-1 sauce, rice vinegar, tamari)
* baked potato loaded w/ leftover patchwork soup & sauerkraut
* corn on the cob
* oatmeal w/ peach soy yogurt, strawberries & banana (otra vez porque it’s cold outside!)
