* banana
* veggie burger (w/ tomato, lettuce, pickle, onion, mustard on whole wheat XL-bun)
* airfry (no oil) potatoes w/ XL-ketchup
* air popcorn w/ few kernels of fat-free XL-sweet popcorn
* veggie sandwich (no mayo)
* fresh apple


(Too much bread, not enough water today. I’ll do better tomorrow!) 🙂
