* Shopping 3 hrs (yes, it was exercise! I scuttled about from market to market.)

* gorilla salad (romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, sliced brussel-sprouts, chicory, red onions, chopped broccoli, cabbage, kale, radicchio)
* add rice, black beans, red & green salsa, lemon juice, few pumpkin seeds & craisins
* cheese-free XL-pizza
* XL-coconut ice cream sandwich
