* Hummus (chickpeas w/ olive XL-oil), Mutabal (eggplant w/ olive XL-oil), Tabouleh (tomatoes, parsley, mint, bulgur, onion, oil-free w/ lemon juice), Dolmas (grape leaves stuffed w/ rice & olive XL-oil), Falafel (XL-fried chickpea dough)
* pita XL-bread
* Greek Salad (romaine hearts, cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh mint, XL-olives, onions, radish, XL-avocado, lemon juice instead of oil dressing)
* vegan dark XL-chocolate covered peanuts
* baby carrots

Too much oil this day left me w/ bellyache 😲 I’ll do better mañana!
