EXERCISE:
# (8 hour roadtrip w/ frwy tire blowout, only did face exercise, hands-free)

* gfo smoothie (blended spinach, kale, beet greens, carrot, beet, banana, grapes, dates, strawberry, pineapple, orange, freshly ground flax seed, water, coconut water probiotic & scoop of rolled oats)
* radishes
* squash
* blueberries
* orange
(Followed by catered family event)
* hummus w/ XL-oil
* lentils
*asparagus w/ XL-oil
* olives w/ XL-oil
* XL-bread (only two bites, then noticed some pepperoni & cheese)
(Back on the road)
* brc (beans/rice/cabbage) naked burrito w/ green & red salsa, cilantro, onions
* steamed broccoli

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly luscious foods
