* weak (watered-down) grape juice
* steamed cabbage, carrots, cauliflower & broccoli w/ XL-white rice

  • πŸ–’ sufficient water
  • πŸ–’ great substitute: raw sweet potato “noodles” for wheat
  • πŸ–’ lots of healthy veggies & grains in pasta sauce & no oil!
  • πŸ–’ grape juice had no added sugar & still watered way down
  • πŸ–’ no food after sunset
  • πŸ–“ rice better if brown, but πŸ–’ steamed veggies w/ no oil or salt was perfect
