  • 🖒 sufficient exercise
  • 🖓 insufficient water
  • 🖓 coconut in almond milk – unnecessary
  • 🖒 reasonably small amt of avocado
  • 🖓 sweet icie beverage – unnecessary refined sugar
  • 🖓 ate after sunset
  • 🖒 although no butter drizzle, movie popcorn made w/ 🖓 unnecessary processed coconut oil
  • 🖓 Junior mints made w/ sugar AND I just read this item online: “Tootsie Roll Industries: Make Junior Mints vegan! Junior Mints recently 🖒 stopped using gelatin; however they have confirmed that their “confectioner’s glaze” is made with shellac, which is obtained from female 🖓 lac bugs”… 😲 yuck!
