Day 270 of Year 2 Low-SOS Vegan Plan 

(box of lovely rockhard avocados that son picked from my uncle’s tree… Guacamole Time cometh!)

EXERCISE:

WATER (goal: 75 oz)
(3) × (25.4) = 76.2 oz

EATS:
* rolled oats, blueberries, blackstrap XL-molasses, hot water, barley-alfalfa powder
* banana
* very veggie sandwich w/ XL-avocado (no mayo)
* white beans in bbq sauce
* leftover very veggie hot & sour soup (I store veggies/noodles separate from liquid in fridge)
* XL-crackers

…..SUN HAS SET…..

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly luscious food
