* rolled oats, blueberries, ground flaxseed, dehydrated barley/alfalfa powder, water
* banana
* gorilla salad w/ lotsa greens, tomato, sauerkraut & XL-avocado
* very veggie spaghetti w/ quinoa & baby lima beans in sauce
* watermelon

…..SUN HAS SET…..

* bowl of black beans, rice, salsa w/ baked tortilla strips (yikes… too salty & too late!)
