* very veggie spaghetti sauce (including water sautéed onion, garlic, sweet peppers, tomato, broccoli, carrots, jicama, mushrooms, quinoa, amaranth, millet, etc) over high fiber pasta w/ sliced XL-avocado & nutritional yeast sprinkled on top
* sparkling grape XL-juice
* air popcorn
