* homemade crusty wheat XL-bread w/ XL-avocado (yes, it was processed white wheat flour, but turned out so well that next time I’ll experiment with healthier options!)
* homemade patchwork quilt soup (lentil, split pea, barely, jasmine rice, yam, potato, broccoli, carrots, green cabbage, red cabbage, green bell pepper, radish, jicama, celery, onion, tomato) served over raw cabbage, broccoli, brussel sprouts, kale & topped w/ sauerkraut
