* high fiber pasta salad (broccoli, carrots, green cabbage, red cabbage, green bell pepper, radish, jicama, celery, sauerkraut, edamame, XL-avocado, rice vinegar, tamari)
* some XL-nuts (2 almonds, 2 walnuts, 1 pecan)
