* naked burrito (boiled pinto beans, rice, chopped broccoli, cabbage, kale, radicchio, tomatoes, pepper, onion, lemon red & green salsa) w/ cashew based ranch drizzle & baked tortilla strips
* portobello burger on XL-bun w/ XL-avocado & mustard
* sweet potato XL-fries
* braised cinnamon apples with sweet cashew topping & raspberries (sweetened w/ dates)
