* dolmas (grape leaf rice rolls w/ olive XL-oil)
* XL-oil sauteed unbreaded okra
* fresh melons & pineapple
* baked flatbread
* steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, brussel sprouts (some had XL-oil)
* roasted “finger” potato
* green leafy salad w/ red onion & baby olives (w/ olive XL-oil)
* french onion soup (see recipe)
* slices of veggie/rice roll wrapped in seaweed w/ XL-avocado
* seasoned seaweed (had some peanut XL-oil)
* apple/cherry XL-pie (but left lots of fatty crust!)
* baked potato topped w/ marinara sauce
* XL-sweet beverage
